If your gift card is not working at the till, please ask a member of staff at the shop to assist you. They will be able to help you resolve the issue. In certain situations a till may not be connected to the brand system to check and process the gift card. While this is very rare, if it is the case we recommend to discuss the issue with a member of the staff.

What should I do if my gift card does not work online?

If you are having trouble using your gift card online, please get in touch with the brand support team through the chat option, support email or phone number. In our experience in most cases is a temporary issue that the brand may be able to resolve.

Are the gift cards you sell brand new?

What if my gift card is fine but I still want a refund?

If the gift card is confirmed to be fine but you still wish to request a refund, the refund will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the brand. Please note that for most brands, unless the gift card is defective, gift card sales are considered final.
