Why does my gift card not work at the till?
If your gift card is not working at the till, please ask a member of staff at the shop to assist you. They will be able to help you resolve the issue. In certain situations a till may not be connected to the brand system to check and process the gift card. While this is very rare, if it is the case we recommend to discuss the issue with a member of the staff.

If you are having trouble using your gift card online, please get in touch with the brand support team through the chat option, support email or phone number. In our experience in most cases is a temporary issue that the brand may be able to resolve.

What if my gift card is fine but I still want a refund?
