Closing your account with us

To close your account, visit your profile by tapping the icon indicated by an avatar in the top right corner of your app. Next, click on the big red 'Close Account' button at the bottom of your profile page.

Please note: Unsubscribing from our newsletter may take a few days to process. However, if you manually unsubscribe, it will be instant.
