If you tried to use your gift card but the order wasn't placed or failed, and your gift card balance shows £0.00 or appears used up, contact the brand’s customer support immediately.
It's likely that the order failed, and the brand should be able to retrieve the transaction and restore the balance on your gift card.
Please note that only the brand can retrieve online or instore orders and assist in recovering the order or the remaining balance of your gift card.
As a reseller, we can only assist with refunds or replacements for defective gift cards.
